This community is a well-kept and peaceful community. The office staff as well as the maintenance was extremely accommodating ... and friendly. 5 star experience

We moved in October 2021 and have nothing but good things to say about Tanyard Park. Any issues that may arise, maintenance ... is on top of and will fix quickly. Staff is beyond nice and they foster a great since of community. The grounds are always clean, it’s quiet, neighbors are nice. The apartment layout itself is spacious and having 2 full bathrooms is a huge plus. We plan on staying for awhile!! Read More about 5 star experience

Awesome Experience

I moved into Tanyard Park in July of 2016 with my wife. Over the last 5 1/2 years it has always felt like home. The management ... and staff have always been great and very friendly, and very quick to respond to any maintenance request. We liked it so much that we have recommended this community to family and friends without any referral bonus and some have moved here. My wife has passed away and I will be starting a new journey in Florida but will have nothing but great memories of the years spent living in this community. It will always feel like home to me. I love living here

I've lived at Tanyard Park apartments for 14 and 1/2 years. It's been wonderful. I love the quiet, the staff is courteous ... and friendly. If I have a maintenance issue it is fixed as soon as they know about it. I would say it's a wonderful place to live. Very happy here and have been for a long time and would highly recommend it.
